Hi, I have five Iowa Blue hens that are two years old and am looking to get another 5-8 pullets and maybe a pretty Roo. Does anyone have anything available? Or maybe available in the next 2-3 months?

I'm getting back into raising chickens and I'm also in the IA City area (south) looking for IA Blues but seems like I'm looking for a unicorn.

Hold on to your hat Rodney :) The club is ramping up and there are many great choices of Iowa's right in your backyard. Brett traveled to Iowa last fall and we hatched 6 silver and 2 birchen out of the Jamaica IA line (Johnson). We will have the experts here let us know which of these birds are the best out of that bunch. Unfortunately all of them have the willow (green) legs. Right now, we have a beauty Charcoal rooster covering our birchen, charcoal, and smokey girls. I only have one silver pullet right now in my stock so silver is limited at Fivewire Farm.
Great to see you joined and keep an eye on the site. 2016 will be a great year for the club :)

Rodney, I have found someone that is going to supply me with some IB's. If you are interested in that, let me know. Be glad to pick up a few more when I go........probably in 6 weeks or so. Cheers
